Before the race
On race day, participants can ride for free on the entire MGBahn track network upon presentation of the registration confirmation (e-mail) from Datasport.
Anyone who does not start in the assigned category will be disqualified. The qualification remains valid for two years. After that, the runner drops down one category.

Start numbers can be picked up at the Hanger in the Noridchen Centre at this time:

Late registrations can be made directly at the start desk in the hangar at the Nordic Centre.

... credited for the Int. Gommerlauf 2026 (no refund). In the event of cancellation after 1 February 2025, a medical certificate must be submitted by 1 March 2025 at the latest. Otherwise there will be no credit for the Int. Gommerlauf 2026. The same conditions (credit amounts and no refund) apply as before 1 February 2025. The credit is not transferable.

Participants are requested not to enter the newly prepared trails from the times listed below before the race.

The organiser accepts no liability for accidents and damage of any kind (including theft). Participation in the competition is at your own risk.

There are 4 Leki-Stockservice stations along the route:
- Geschinen 200m after the start
- Loop in Münster

Site mapThere are 4 refreshment points on the course. The Sponser catering service is located in the start and finish area at the Nordic Centre. There are 2 more refreshment points on the course.

Alpha FotoRunners who have not completed half the course in Ulrichen after 11.45 am will be removed from the race by the jury.

Protests must be submitted in writing to the race management at the Nordic Centre no later than 15 minutes after the end of the race against a deposit of CHF 100. (Except Mini Gommer and Gommerlauf Discover).
The ranking list will be published immediately after each race.

There will be an overall ranking announcement. The prize/prize money must be collected at the ranking ceremony. No forwarding. Prizes in kind for the top five finishers in each run, including the Gommer Kombi. Medals for the top three finishers in each race, including the Gommer Kombi. Souvenir prize for each participant. The prize money is as follows:

Honours
Anniversary participants (10th, 15th, 20th, 25th, 30th, 35th, 40th, 45th or 50th anniversary) will be honored and can pick up their gift at the information office at the Nordic Center. No subsequent mailings.
Situationsplan & allgemeines
The car parks are located on the airfield site in Ulrichen. The entrance is signposted from Ulrichen. The barrier-free parking spaces are located on the right after the bridge at the Nordic Centre. Camping is prohibited in the car parks.
Site mapThe railway station is around a 10-minute walk from the start/finish area. There is a shuttle bus to the Nordic Centre, 07.00 - 12.00 on Saturday and Sunday.
Site mapValuables can be handed in at the information office in the hangar at the Nordic Centre directly after the bridge. The depot for lost valuables is also located here. The information office is also where you can return your poles (if they break).
Site mapThe Pasta Party takes place on Saturday, 22 February 2025 from 5.00 pm at the Nordic Centre in Ulrichen. Participants are admitted free of charge on presentation of their race number.
