No less worth seeing are the objects of everyday rural life in the local history museum (first floor). Here, a splendid smorgasbord of tools, furniture, clothing, shoes, school materials, toys, kitchen utensils, crockery and utensils for making cheese, militaria, wind instruments and many other things are brought together from the time when the poor village communities in the Upper Valais were still largely self-sufficient.
Toni's Ski Museum and the Museum of Antiquities are an independently privately run museum with free admission.
