Course content
Learn, thanks to Jürg Luchsinger (band member of Lautari and Bendorim), the characteristic playing style and interpretation for the music that is closest to your heart - be it Eastern European folk music, klezmer, musette, chanson, tango, song accompaniment. Or deepen your skills on the classical accordion with Manual III with music from the Renaissance, Baroque, Classical and experimental music.
You will receive individual or ensemble lessons every day. In advance, you will discuss your personal wishes and needs with the course instructor, in which areas you would like to develop your skills and learn new ways of playing.
The course programme is supplemented by open lessons for all participants, in which we make music together and discuss topics such as style and chords. topics such as style and accordion-specific articulation, jazz harmony with the standard bass, bellows control and posture.
A lecture on accordion construction offers insights into the inner workings and functionality of this fascinating instrument.
Target audience
Accordion and music enthusiasts of all ages. Solo, duos or smaller ensembles. Every level, every type of instrument (button grip, piano keyboard, standard bass, manual III) and all style preferences are welcome.
