Tasting | guided tour
At 5.00 p.m. there will be a tour of the Überrotten meat drying plant in Reckingen
with a small tasting. Master butcher Beat Eggs will take you into a world of the senses

processes involved in the production of the famous and tasty Valais dried meat.
